These “breakouts” can appear on the surface of your septic field when the field can no longer accept water. The black sludge you can see in the picture is referred to as “biomat” the layer that forms when the process of breaking down bacteria occurs beneath the soil.

We can provide you with a design for a septic system layout that will provide an efficient wastewater management solution for your home or business.

Permit Applications

We will fill out and submit the permit application forms to your local municipality or guide you through the process if you would like submit your own applications.

Funding Grants

We are familiar with the forms and documents required for an application for funding to upgrade or replace septic systems and for those who qualify; we can help you through the application process.

Installations

We are licensed to install septic systems for both residential and commercial locations. We install conventional septic systems and the more advanced Tertiary Treatment Systems. Please refer to our links page for a listing of the types of systems that we install.

Repairs

We routinely repair broken pipes and lids, damaged effluent ejection pumps, blocked baffles, and saturated fields.

Inspections

We will provide you with an inspection report and drawing of your septic system that is generally acceptable for real estate transactions.

System Assessment

We can also help you plan the location of future additions, pools, tennis courts, landscaping, etc. by providing the exact location of your septic tank(s) and leaching field. This can help to prevent any damage to your septic system from home improvements or repairs.

Maintenance Programs

Most types of septic systems require some sort of regular maintenance. We provide servicing of the effluent filter for conventional systems, and/or a maintenance inspection of pumps, aerators, controls, alarms etc. for the more advanced systems. Our service department will provide maintenance at the homeowner's request or as part of an ongoing maintenance contract.
